no comments on this stuff anyone? I had never heard anything about speed use in baseball, but I guess it shouldn't surprise me. Something to get your more aware and locked in would be perfect for hitters espesially.

What I've heard is that it's like drinking a reeeeaaalllyyyy reeeeaaallly lot of coffee. Which would make me have the jitters and have to pee all the time. :D That doesn't sound like fun at all. :huh:
