I love the .0005% of the fans who think showing loyalty to a team is to fight people with a different favorite than theirs. Showing up in court with Sox/Cubs shirts shows exactly what this fight was about and also explains how dumb these people are in the first place. a) they were probally highly intoxicated during the fight which shows their stupidity but, b)they show up to court wearing their team colors which shows they would have probally been in the fight regardless. We were in a very good period for over a year there where none of this crap happened but here we go again.

Thomas Novak wore a White Sox jersey, Ryan Novak was in a Cubs T-shirt and Chad Novak wore a White Sox T-shirt.

 

Cook County prosecutors said the fight began about 4:20 p.m. Sunday when Chad and Ryan Novak began taunting off-duty police officer Jose Torres Jr. for wearing a Boston Red Sox jersey.

 

It's great to see Sox and Cubs fans coming together.

Ryan and Thomas Novak both served four years in the U.S. Marines.
