Tribune article about Frank's attitude

If writing about 'potential' problems is valid, then I can start sports writing for the Trib right now.

Morrisey writes a column. He is not a beat writer. There is a difference. Columnists inject opinion (which is why they piss so many people off) and write about things beyond reporting on games. That is the way newspapers work in every city.

Columnists and reporters are not the same. Columnists tend to be somewhat controversial by design. It sells papers and creates interest. But controversial or not, this column makes sense. There is a potential problem here.

So are Levine's "potential" deals valid too? This just seems lame, there doesnt seem to be much unrest in the locker and the media wants to take down the Sox great start by inserting "potential" problems.

Just to stir the pot, did anyone else notice that Carl Everett didn't say anything like "I need my ABs when asked" about this?  He literally said, whatever is best for the team.

Now carry on.

Yes, he did. Which is good because his ass should be on the bench if Frank is healthy enough to DH everyday.
