I guess we all know how that turned out: The Braves got an awesome Utility guy, while we got stuck with a DH who can't play 1st. Chisoxfn Posted June 7, 2005 Share Posted June 7, 2005 Put it this way, if Troy goes past the Mariners and Royals there is a very good shot that he'll slide out of the top 10 simply because it doesn't appear any other teams are interested in shortstop. Of course if that article is true the Rocks are interested, but I had heard they wanted a pitcher and Carillo wasn't the name I was hearing. I had heard they were pretty interested in Pelfrey or Hochevar, although I don't know if they'll go that route (plus he's repd by Boras IIRC).
