June 13, 200520 yr I saw this the other day and it shows how the bullpen is the hardest thing to build since it's damn near impossible to project a relief pitcher's performance for a year. It seems like you can reasonably project a position player's or a starter's performance, within a certain range, but there's no hope to do the same with a relief pitcher.
