An article on ESPN.com says they will contend for the rest of the year because the Twins and White Sox are "thin". I think we will find out whos thin after these next 30 days or so of baseball.

April 29, 200322 yr ESPN guys have to make the worst predictions ever. I barely ever see them make correct predictions. Whether it is baseball, football or basketball. They are taking guesses, just like everyone else.

April 30, 200322 yr Looks like the Royals are going to lose today. They're down 5-2 to Boston in the bottom of the 8th. Their bullpen had a lead and again couldn't hold it.
