Best thing about this series

Jesus, was anyone sickened by this umpiring crew as much as I was? Possibly the worst 4-some of the year with the exception of the Oak series at the beginning of the year. I could not believe some of the calls behind the plate today and on Friday. Horrendous. I know that the Bo Sox are World Champs and all but christ, aren't officials supposed to be unbiased?

i didn't see that much to complain about :huh

When they were bad, they were bad both way. Nearly not as bad as the Froemming/Wenddlestedt (sp?) crew.

i agree, i'd say the normal amount of missed calls. and that guy @ 2B yesterday did a good job of seeing scotty overslide the bag, good job of staying with the play, even tho it wasn't good for the sox.

I think there were a couple of missed ball-strike calls, but no more than a usual series. I don't think the officials were a factor for either team.

there were definitely some obviously wrong ball/strike calls, but they went both ways. i've seen worse
