His point is that you can't pick and choose what's offensive and what's not.  If you can't have a indian as your logo, you shouldn't be able to have an irishmen.

 

Ask the demographic what's offensive and what's not. Indians have a pride issue with teams misrepresenting their tribes and their rituals by colleges. Irish people have more pressing issues to deal with in their mind.

 

And if Downey's point is you can't pick and choose what's offensive, I'm going to lobby for the Indiana University Aryans where we have someone dress up as Hitler and rile up the crowd and have military manuevers while blaring Deutschland über Alles. By your's and Downey's logic, you can't do s*** because you can't say what's offensive or not! Hello University of Cal Aborted Fetuses!
