August 24, 200520 yr I have to believe, with each anemic offensive performance, that the cost of adding a bat is getting steeper and steeper and the chances are getting one worse and worse. I know if I was a GM and Kenny came a callin' looking for offense, I'd be asking for an extra this or that.

Well I'm glad we've waited this long without getting something worked out in a trade. It befuddles me that after losing Frank, who made the players around him better, we didn't do anything to replace his bat. I'm sure Kenny tried but damn this is really biting us now.
