Didn't see this anywhere..

The Orioles today announced that they have claimed RHP JAMES BALDWIN off waivers from the Texas Rangers. He is 0-2 with a 3.18 ERA in 20 games for the Orioles and Rangers this season.

Baldwin began the season in the Orioles organization with AAA Ottawa. His contract was purchased by the Orioles on May 21 and he posted a 1.61 ERA in 12 relief appearances before being designated for assignment on July 18.

Baldwin was claimed off waivers by Texas on July 21 and went 0-2 with a 5.19 ERA in 8 games for the Rangers. He was designated for assignment on August 16.

To make room for Baldwin on the 40-man roster, the Orioles have transferred OF ELI MARRERO from the 15-day to the 60-day disabled list. Marrero was originally placed on the disabled list on July 27 with a sprained right thumb.

A move to the active roster will be announced at a later time.

Saw him the first time with Balt this season and JB is a big man now. Not Carlos Castillo big, but big.
