On a serious note, South Africa has a ton of rape and high rate of AIDS. I saw a woman on 20/20 who had asked her rapist to wear a condom, so as not to get AIDS. The question was did she give consent...obviously not. But there were some legal issues going on with the trial. Sounded like a scary place to be a lady.
