Are we finally getting the national attention we deserve?    We've always said we have a better curse than any team in sports. They never listened.

We'll be the darlings of the national media if this keeps up.

I read somewhere that ESPN will be at the game Saturday to work on a documentary on our collapse, complete with interviews with fans. This may be a Cub fan joke, but I think a great story would be if we backed in as a wildcard and won World Series. That would give them something to write about. By the way, does anyone know where we stand in the wild card race?

 

I'm a lonmg time viewer first time poster (mainly due to all the Konerko bashing on this site) but felt I had to post here because the Sox board has little discussion and lots of rambling, senseless arguements.

And you expected a thread that mentions both ESPN and Cub fans to NOT become lots of rambling, senseless arguments?????

I was wondering what it would take for the Sox to be the first MLB game covered on SportsCenter, and I finally found out this morning. NOW they're interested in how the Sox are doing...... :puke
