We were down three nothing yesterday, today we're only down two. Let's see if the Sox can come back again and get Buehrle a W.

This should be Gary Ward's last game as hitting coach.

I have got to wonder about the hitting coach situation also. It seems that when they say ward is working with someone the guy gets worse. I thought Crede today was absolutely pathetic.

What, you didn't appreciate his Playstation-like approach to hitting?

Afterall, he is "Super" Joe Crede, the only human being on the planet with flawless hand-eye coordination and superior baspeed to be able to hit ANYTHING, ANYHOW, ANYWHERE AT ANY TIME...Screw the studying of pitchers, knowing the game situation, looking for a particular pitch in a particular location or mastering the art of picking-up-the-release-point-and-following-the-rotation and managing the strike zone...

All that "time-tested" crap is for losers like Barry Bonds and Jim Edmonds. He is Joe f***ing Crede and don't you foget it; you're just jealous that he knows the secret shortcut to hitting major league pitching and you don't

Crede isn't the problem. Don't blame rookies and second year players for a teams failures cause they are players that shouldn't be counted on. The guys to blame are the vets: Konerko, Thomas, Ordonez, and Carlos Lee. Give Rowand and White some blame and Koch as well.

Ward shouldn't be the only one fired. This team drastically needs a new idea and a new direction, imo.

Crede is a rookie, lay the hell of of him...remember what he did towards the end of last year? He'll come around. He's one of the least of my worries right now.

Give Joe a couple of days off to clear his head. Give him the off day today, and start Graffy on Tuesday.

And I do like the fact that Joe's defense has not suffered despite what he has done at the plate. That tells me a lot about Crede.

I'll tell you how to wake up the damned bats..

Bribe one of the clubhouse attendants to put a few windup alarm clocks in the bat rack and under the seats in the dugout. Set them for 5 minutes before game time.

They will either find it hilarious enough that they will relax and just go out and play or piss them off enough to want to kill someone, and hopefully that would be vented at the starting pitcher for the other team.

I'ts really simple. It's all ballbearings these days!
