October 25, 200223 yr Howe is going to the Mets Macha is moving up to manage the A's Pinella is supposedly managing the Devil Rays. I am curious as to what the Mariners will get in return. I heard that they asked for the Mets top 3 prospects. Howe was a great move by the Mets, but I think Pinella would of been awesome for that team. Anyway, I still don't understand how Pinella is going to do anything in Tampa unless they are all of a sudden going to spend money again, like they did at their beginning.
October 25, 200223 yr The Mariners would've sent Lou and Bret Boone to the Mets, for Alomar and some prospects. Lou looks like he wants to pack it in and just go home. Supposedly there is some ownership rights in his deal, but I thought the D-Rays we're losing their ass money wise.
October 25, 200223 yr As for Howe he's got a tough road to hoe. Phillips likes to be in the clubhouse all the time to, and you can't have that. They need to get rid of some of those lazy ass players they have. Bunch of busta ass suckers.

But since I look awful with my shirt off, I would be at the Heat game.
