October 4, 200520 yr Sucks. What is even worse, it may have been the best pie I've had in a long time. Damn the south sucks for pizza. I have a little heartburn, so at least I have that going for me.

October 4, 200520 yr Author QUOTE(CanOfCorn @ Oct 3, 2005 -> 10:09 PM) come to Austin and I'll buy you a Mangia Chicago style deep dish pizza. Not like Malnati's or Uno's, but pretty damn good for Texas. Next time I'm up nort' I'll take you up on that. It's finding the ingredients that is the problem. The sausage usually is so bland, no fennel, no seasoning. The tomato sauce is closer to soup. There is a great hot dog place near me. He has buns and Viennas sent down from Chicago. His beef is great, but the buns aren't very good, he knows it, but can't find a supplier.
October 4, 200520 yr s***, I've just started making my own damn pizza's. Usually it's cheaper, and it's more fun to do.
October 5, 200520 yr I ate pizza at some place in downtown Chicago, righ by the Sears Tower, named Luke's. Was pretty good, but has othing on the Casey's gas station back home. I could down one of those pizzas by myself.
