Aaron Rowand's Playoff Journal

Here's to hopefully the beginning of a long journal. It sounds like the guys are still loose as they've been the past 6 months. I really like this bunch and hope they can give the fans some excitement.

Every line in Rowand's journal should read: Don't swing at Clement's slider low and away.

I hope he translates it to spanish for Uribe!

Bump. I want to keep this near the top.

AR's offensive numbers of late have not been impressive, and it would really, really be helpful if he became a Mr. October for us.

That said,

His defensive efforts don't fail, and his attitude makes him a Sox favorite.
