And that was only the beginning.... I must say one last thing about the ESPN board. That press conference was one of the funniest things I had ever heard.. Reporters asking legit questions of the mechanics of the trade above shouts of "Sosa beats his wife" and "Maggs for MVP!!" I can't believe I forgot all about that..how did we get that phone number? I remember it was on an ESPN page, but I can't believe they made it public. ahh, good times, good times.

It sucked that the best quote/question came from BeerHere, a freakin Cubs fan: "....So Jeff, do you feel you were hosed even more with this trade then the one with the Cubs? (Clement and Alfonseca for Tavarez). After I found out it was him, I was like "Dammit! Why couldn't it have been one of us!!"
