So What'd Ticketmaster Charge You Per Ticket?

Featured Replies

I'm dying to know this. I asked it on the other thread but it quickly got lost.

So what was the damage?

The site froze as I was giving credit card information so I did not actually get tickets, but it was $5 per ticket in service fee.

Was it more for Ticketfast?

Had to be. I'm pretty sure the price of the tix my buddy and I had for the ALCS was $65. I think, it ended up being $86.75 a ticket, when it was said and done.

Ticketfast is a flat fee of $3.50??? I think. During the regular season it was $2 but it was more for the postseason.

$11 seems awfully low. I did ticketfast regular season and when all was said and done it would be something like $8 on a $30-something ticket.

$11 per ticket is higher than $8 per ticket with the math I learned. ;)

Well gee THANKS for the newsflash Steff!! :bang

I guess I expected it to be more in the $20 range or something obscene like that. I went to a concert at Double Door not too long ago and got 4 tix for $10 face value. TM tacked on $4 per TICKET charge. That's right: $16 service charge on a $40 order.

40%.

So I guess I'm surprised TM isn't raping people on the World Series tix.
