I've actually seen Un chien andalou--and I can say it was the most shocking thing I've ever seen. Should be higher. . .

 

And the Usual Suspects--great movie, but the ending was not shocking.

 

Sixth Sense--also not shocking.

That list uses so many definitions of the word "Shocking" that it's basically pointless.

 

Saving Private Ryan is so not shocking in the way that The Usual Suspects is shocking. How can you judge whether a surprise ending is more shocking and a lot of violence? That makes no sense.
