Julio Jorge is a major league pitcher and has been in the Big Leagues for a bit. If you miss with a pitch that bad you shouldn't be in the league period. It was intentional, that pitch was a "meat seeking missle."

So when someone like Randy Johnson plunks someone it is cause he sux?

I dont know if it was intentionaly or not but if you pitch inside, you are bound to hit someone. now maybe that was their plan with Maggs this series and that is why he got hit.
