Iwritecode
QUOTE(kapkomet @ Nov 15, 2005 -> 11:02 AM) If you want to know all the "Black Friday" sales, this website is IT. http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/ LET THE MADNESS BEGIN!!!! I've gotten some pretty sweet deals with the early bird specials the stores have. Not even Christmas presents necessarily. Just stuff that we had been looking at getting at some point in time. It's how we got our digital camera for $50. This year I'm looking at getting one of those expandable phone systems cause we only have 2 phone jacks in our entire house. Kid Gleason
Last year my wife and I were at our first store by 5AM. It was the first year that we did it, but by 10AM we were pretty much done with our shopping. It was a ton of fun, even though I was hungover from the night before. But if you go to the right stores first (the ones that tend to get the biggest crowds such as Best Buy) and then move on over to the lesser stores as the day wears on (K-Marts, Targets never seen to fill up too bad) you will avoid the most rush. We hit Meijers 15 minutes after opening, and we got the last of numerous items! I got in line to check out while my wife shopped. Then when she was done, I went and she stood. The line took about 45 minutes to get through, but while we stood, we shopped.
Mercy!
Hey, that site's cool. Thanks. I just never go to those day-after-Thanksgiving mob scenes. But online bargains - now that's all good!

bjm676
That's one day I will stay FAR away from the mall. I live 5 minutes from Woodfield. It's crowded at 7pm on a Wednesday. I don't want to know how it would be then. H.E.L.L.

Kid Gleason
What's even sadder is that Steff probably wouldn't know the kid from anybody else, but she knows Southsider for a few years and probably knows him personally. Now this new person comes along, and it's all "what have you done for me lately?". I guess we know what friendship means to Steff.
