Sweeped again this team is awefull, somebody's head is on the block after this, 1, 2 run hr today this is not a slump this is a s*** season from alot of guys, I rip Lee , PK is just as f 'n bad since break last year he has hit about .240. Why does this team NEVER score in 8th and 9th to win a game Sox go 1,2,3, all the f 'n time. 6 runs is this series Minn staff is not that good.

This is the most underachieving Sox team I have ever seen. Oh Sox just hit into another double play ,what's new at least they led MLB in something :fyou :finger EFFORT is NILL on O and D.

Someone is to play for the pathetic play of this offense, and it ain't JM's fault. We hire a hitting coach for 1 reason, and that is the only reason we hire him....to help this team hit better.

We just got our asses handed to us by 3 s*** pitchers, with Lohse being the best out of the bunch. And we call ourselves an offense?

The Sox need one thing in my opinion, some one who takes losing personally.

 

Maybe Valentine for a coach, or just anyone who is going to really go off if his players play like this.

 

Manuel's style has its merits, I mean Phil Jackson is considered one of the best coaches, but some player are not self motivated like Kobe and Jordan. We need some one who will fly off the handle if we lose, because maybe it will become contagious with the players.

 

To many seem to not care about winning or losing, and that is starting to even piss me off.

Jerry Manuel and Phil Jackson are complete opposites, when it comes to coaching/managing.

JM pinch ran Harris and put Gordan in alot is JM fault

Manuel went against the very tactic he claimed he was going to start using. Remember he said he would use the relief pitchers for 2 innings if they were hot? Marte is hot and he takes him out and puts in someone who pitched the day before!? I like Gordon, but this 1 inning stuff makes little sense to me. I also can't see why he didn't let Loaiza pitch into at least the 7th. The guy is a battler and we don't seem to be seeing much of that lately.

 

Our defense is pathetic, we can't run and of course we can't hit. But what's new? We have been over this same stuff for 43 games now and there is no improvement. We have talent, but it just ain't showing itself.

Even though Harris' legs are fine, I couldn't imagine expecting him to slide into second on a steal attempt. I figured they woke Jerry "No Spark" Manuel out of a sound sleep and he came up with that gem. At the very least a hit and run.

 

JM for Prozak I just found his next line of work. If Palmero can be the spokesman for Viagra why not JM for Prozac

 

The way this season is going I was expecting a f***ing double play to end the game, and I know I wasn't the only one.
