December 10, 200520 yr White Sox selected infielder Tim Hummel from the Cardinals in the Triple-A phase of the Rule 5 draft. Hummel is returning to his original organization. December 11, 200520 yr I like Uggla, and see him taking the starting 2B job next season. The only reason I can see that Arizona left him unprotected is because they are glutton with infielders. As for McGrew, I would of rather saved the $50K, unless he really is good enough to win a bullpen spot.
