I was just giving you a hard time because you didn't write out that sentence correctly. I guess it's never good when you have to explain a joke, is it? :lol:

He said he was happy to be on the Sox of White and he thinks the Cooper of Don can help him win veinte games next year, whatever that means.

Anyone else banking on Cooper 'assisting' Vazquez in winning 20 games?

Haha. Yes, veinte means 20. Unfortunately, Coop is not god so I am expecting 12-17 wins for Vaz.

They had audio of him and KW talking on Sportsnite on CSN the other night.

You may be right, but I sure hopes JV does us better next year...at least .500 because if Garland gets traded and BMac takes a spot on the SR, how many net games will we be down? That is:

El Duque / Vazquez = how much gain or loss?

Garland / BMac = how much gain or loss

TOTAL = + / -

Vazquez has won between 10-16 games every year for the last 6, and the Yanks were the only team that he was on that was actually decent when he won 14. So it is fairly safe to say 14-17 wins with the Sox in 2006, especially if Coop can work some magic.

I am hoping Vazquez will come through for us, since he has team a behind him now that can score some runs. I am hoping for 14 or so wins from him. :gosox1:
