If people who choose to live in areas that suffer from natural disasters bought insurance to protect themselves from said disasters, we would not be having conversations about how to rebuild New Orleans.

 

But i guess that would mean taking some responsibility for your actions.

What percentage could actually afford to move or get that insurance?
