CAGE MATCH!!!

Featured Replies

I had no idea about this. I love Milo Hamilton and was thrilled to hear him on Astros broadcasts when I moved to Texas. Now, I  him even more...

Also, good job of reporting by Rapoport in the Sun-Times.

Hamilton v. Caray

I'll take the one that isn't dead in a cage match. And yes, Milo is the man, his calls during the playoffs were just classic and this makes him ever better.

Milo may or may not be accurate in his version of what happened ( since Harry's not around to give his side, we can never really know ), but he really needs to just let it go.

Walking around with that kind of bile festering inside you can't be good.

All I know is based on what happened with Harry in his last days in St. Louis, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he stabbed Milo in the back.

It's hard to let it go when the grudge seems to be carried on by Harry's son Skip and also Jim Dowdle. Much harder when you can't get away from it. I think this book is helping him let it go.

I hope so, but it really seems like Milo likes carrying it.

Seems to me that Milo wants a posthumous apology from the family or something.

Saying that he wants pigeons to s*** on a statue would piss me off, if it was my Dad or Grampa he was talking about.

Be the bigger man, let it go, don't rehash it.

Just my opinion, though - like I said, Harry obviously can't rebut anything Milo says, so I'll never know the other side to it.

This isnt the first time that Caray has been portrayed in this manner.

I dont see where Milo's career was hurt enough to be this bitter this long

Milo is just a bitter old man. He even bad mouthed Harry the day he died. Mile would be a lot more respected if he showed some class. If he had a beef with Harry, he should have been a lot more vocal when he was alive. Then, once it is done, it is done. He sounds whiny now.
