February 13, 200620 yr I wasn't able to make it to any of the trophy tour stops over the holidays when I was back home in Chicago, but was hoping I'd get to see the prize when and if I'm able to make it back for a game or two this summer. Anyone got any word on this?
February 13, 200620 yr Brooks said that they would be doing something with the trophy so that people could pay homage to it during the season. I think they could do something where they display the trophy in the White Sox Hall of Fame or on the concourse itself. I imagine you'll have another chance to see it if you go to a game this season.
February 13, 200620 yr I'm pretty sure tehy are working on something to display it for game three for all the fans. I'm not sure if what they do that day will be permanent, but I read somewhere that it will be on display fot eh fans that day. Game 1 - banner Game 2 - rings Game 3 - trophy
February 14, 200620 yr The day before I came back to Colorado, the trophy was in danada starting at 2. Considering my car was 1000 miles away i had to wait for mi madre to get home and I got up there around 3. At that time they had someone standing at the end of the line turning people away. i pleaded with her to let me sneak in being it was only myself, she wouldnt except my $30 donation to the charity but assured me that it would be making stops around the area til mid-season sometime. I walked away crying since I wont be around IL much this summer. To make a long story short, it should be touring for awhile according to that selfish b****.
