As long as some are going to indulge 'rumors' as to abuse, let me throw in my own.

 

I have it on a better than decent authority that the abuse of the prisoners at AG was precipated by prisoners' gang raping a minor in captivity.

 

This is not offered as any justification...just that the "suspicion" game can throw its net far and wide.
