sayitaintso
I am assuming that most of these are one year contracts. Did they list the how long the contracts are for anywhere?

Younger players can get signed for the league minimum for 3 years, and then be up for arbitration for the next 3. Some teams try to save money by offering youger players multi year deals to essentially buy out their arbitration years.
