The 33-year-old man went to the hospital complaining of a headache. The X-rays revealed 6 nails between his right eye and ear, 2 below his right ear and 4 more on the left side of his skull. The man admitted they all got there in a failed suicide attempt with a nail gun. Neurosurgeons removed the nails one by one. They say, amazingly, none hit major blood vessels or the brain stem. The man was also given psychiatric care following surgery.
