Barons make front of CNN.com

Featured Replies

haha I figured it had to be something not too good to make the front of CNN.

no footage? :(

There was a story at MILB.com about it too. I'm guessing the SCAB umps let the game get out of control

How hard is it to ump..... these guys seem wretched.

Wilder, who attended the game, said he would complain to Southern League commissioner Don Mincher about the umpiring.

I wonder if that's the ex-Twin 1B.

Yep, I have been on the replacement umps side but this incident should have been seen a mile away. Corey Smith was 8-15 against Jacksonville with 2 homers after being signed.
