Jerry Reinsdorf doesnt even run the Bulls anymore, its all through his son I thought?

I mean I'd imagine if he took a 1 year deal it would be with the understanding the club wouldn't use a qualifying offer on him after the season, but who knows I'm still game for Puig/Castellanos signing if the money makes sense

I normally almost agree with everything you say but I think this is a completely off base. Players aren't machines they don't always necessarily get better, it isn't as black and white as that. I do agree that Nagy's play calling sometimes did leave a lot to be desired but was that due to him or due to the fact Mitch wasn't competent. On top of that there were reports all off-season long about the Mitch not doing well and the offensive struggles everyone chose to disbelieve due to the thought he had to improve given he was young.

His decent year still wasn't anything special and was incredibly aided by a defense that put him in short field situations due to turnovers and gave him the lead or held the lead for him as well. Nothing Trubisky has done in the NFL really shows he will be a successful QB. He still is young enough and talented enough I think to turn things around but as of yet he is a below avg QB that in all likelihood won't start a full season again given his current production to date. We almost might be better off with Marcus Marriota and I really hope he isn't the option they bring in behind Mitch.

I don't think there is any plans of it being delayed, hopefully Nadal can tie Federer

How is it for the last 10 or more years the only names in Men's tennis that matter is Federer/Nadal/Djokovic/Murray, it should be a young mans sport

It's cool that we have Nadal vs Federer again but when will the next group of players take over already. Tennis has been about 4 guys for so long and I'm including Murray before he even won his first major.

I might be a big ten Homer but I think peppers would be a great pick for the bears. Give them the play maker on defense that has been missing. I'd rather take good players over a QB that isn't worth a top pick.
