Frank Thomas Montage Video

Featured Replies

I shot this from my seats yesterday using a crappy digital camera. The video quality is not very good to say the least but you can still make out most of it.

BTW - Some jackass and his girlfriend had to walk past me while I was standing, obviously recording the video. They couldn't wait another 30 seconds. That's why it gets all shaky for a few seconds.

I thought it was very classy that the White Sox did that. 24 hours later and I'm still pumped from that game.

Can you post it anywhere else like Putfile or Youtube? I can't get anything from this site.

The thing claimed to be unavailable, and I was the 3rd person to view the thread.

Sqwert, PM me. I can post it on the main site if you want.

Does anyone know what the second special thing was supposed to be for Frank Thomas? Reifert mentioned the montage in his blog, and also said something else was going to be done for Frank that he hoped Frank would like.

I was told that in his first AB Gene Honda announced him like he used to when he was on our team. I didn't even catch that when it happened.

I haven't heard anything offical but I would be surprised if they didn't.

Was talking to all my friends about the video that just ended. Also, the crowd was doing a standing ovation and was roaring. Was hard to hear for me I guess. My hearing is a bit shoddy.

That's what I heard too (as being the 2nd tribute). However, Reifert probably shouldn't have told us anything about that, because that's really nothing IMO. You almost expecting something like that; ala when Jordan came back to the UC as a Wizard.
