Clemens' first Minor League start is with the Lexington Legends. Maine South alum Mark Ori is currently leading that team in HRs and RBIs, with a .300 average.......meanwhile Kolby Clemens is hitting .180 for them.

Knowing Clemens is sentimental -- and kind of a numbers freak -- the Red Sox offered a one-year deal worth $21,000,021, playing off the fact he wore No. 21 during his Red Sox days from 1984 to 1996. The Astros topped the offer with a one-year, $22,000,022 deal, playing off the No. 22 he wore the last two seasons in Houston.

 

Roger Clemens is the ultimate Diva in baseball. If he were a female singer, he would have his own Casino show in Vegas. I cannot even imagine having 21 and 22 million dollars thrown at me for less than a year of service.
