Doesn't matter if he's dead or alive. As long as Binny Inc. can continue to operate, with or without him, he's a problem. Who can predict what direction his successor would take the merry band of murders? I think it is very probable his successor would want to pull off an even bigger massacre. Binny doesn't have to prove anything.
