That would be probably the only name I'd imagine would be a good replacement, and that would be extremely short-term too. And whether it's scary or not...he hasn't put up a .700 OPS in two straight seasons since 99-00. His .691 in '05 was close, but the point remains. Add to the fact that retaining Uribe costs no talent at all, and I just don't see it as productive.
