Hot Sauce a deadly weapon?

So some kid gets another kid to drink some hot sauce on a dare. Kid who drinks the hot sauce gets his ass whooped by it and now the school characterizes it as "a deadly weapon". LOL!

Someone please tell me why schools are getting so sissified? You bring cold medicine to school and you're a criminal, you bring hot sauce to school you're a criminal and on and on and on. This "zero tolerance" madness in the schools is really getting out of hand.

Because we have to get tough in the schools and liberal teachers and administrators can't be trusted to make judgements. So we teach to standard tests and make certain that no one gets hurt.

Nuke, I've been wondering the same thing for a while now. Hell, my little brother gets suspended for a while for sniffing glue (his first time doing it and it wasn't just him, it was a group of them, but he gets caught becasue the teacher and assistant principal are hispanic racists [assistant was fired 2 months later]) That's not the only reason eigher, but that one just sticks out to me. It's not like he was in a fight of brung a weapon considered dangerous or anything to school. I've sniffed glue, my sister, alot of my friends, family, etc.. When your a kid, your curious especially if it's a school-type material.

So, because everyone sniffs glue it's okay? Sorry, but I think the school is right for suspending your brother. . .

They're trying to cover their asses to avoid upset parents and lawsuits.

If they fail to do something, they get blasted for being too lax. They go too far and they get blasted. It's damned if you do and Damaclesed if you don't.

The thing is they suspended just him even everyone else was also caught. If you suspend someone make sure its also the 6 other kids that were doing not the kid who is not full blood hispanic.
