5 years @ 15 Per. Wow Roy Oswalt getting paid as much as J.D. Drew seems like Roy was a steal now. If he waits he might have gotten 20-21 Per with the way the market is going.

5/75 for J.D. Drew, and 50 million up front for a guy that's never pitched in MLB. The Red Sox are both dumber and more evil than the Yankees could ever dream of.

You know, I can understand $100 million for Matz. I really can. It makes sense to give that money to a pitcher if you're convinced he's another Johan, especially if you have the money to spend.

 

But at least to my eyes...this type of deal for J.D. Drew is absolutely insane.
