The All-Trade Rumor/I-Bust-a-nut over guys we won't get lineup :)

And yes, I've heard people asking for Durham over on the other site.

If I recall all of the rules and contract situations correctly, Ray Durham just re-signed with the Giants this offseason, and I believe the rules of baseball state that when you sign a player to a new contract as a free agent, you can not trade that same player until the middle of the next season, like June or July 1, at the earliest. Someone can help if they remember the rule more specifically

Did Knoerko ever bat 3rd last season?

If he did it was probably only a few games. I'd prefere to see him bat 3rd aslong as he can cut the double plays down. He probably will end up 4th with Thome batting 3rd. And AJ will probably bat ahead of Crede for some reason, but I'd rather see Crede ahead of him.

I like the balance of this lineup. The only problem is that the bases are clogged 4-7. But it adds another guy with plus speed to the top of the lineup. I don't think this is the way it WILL be, it's what I WANT it to be.
