This site kicks ass. It is dedicated to helping people get decent customer service from different companies. The big gem it contains is 500 different companies direct to human (or close to it) phone numbers. It also contains a ton of info about how to get what you want from companies, and their message board has a ton of stories and info on it as well. Definately a site to bookmark for future reference.

Slick. I don't mind a computer menu, but I do want a clear path to a human if none of the options seems to fit. I get annoyed after waiting five minutes to be put on hold and transfered to another department.

You know what I hate - entering my account number into the key pad, then my last 4 digits of my social sec # and then when I finally get a human being what's the first question they ask? "Account #, please. Last 4 digits..." F**K!
