March 23, 200719 yr Jimbo's is "kinda sorta" expensive. I personally prefer Puffers, as it's just around the block from my house...and I know one of the bartenders at Jimbo's, if she still works there, that is. I think it's that I don't like that they serve cans of beer. :/ But at least when I go and shes there, I hardly pay much.

I once drank a beer there that like a viking and skull on it.

That's the best way to enjoy a beer before a Sox game. Especially if it comes in a king can!

Oh, I did not know that...I've been calling it Puffers for so long it's not easy to call it something else. Puff...er, Mitchells is on my preferred list because I can walk home from there in a mere 2 minutes time. Ok, ok...3 minutes. We should all have a SoxTalk gathering there someday...then the Brian Anderson lovers can pummel me for hating him while blindly loving Pods.

March 23, 200719 yr I can report that at Comerica in Detroit, last year it was like $7 per beer but they were huge beers (obviously not worth $7, but they were big). I forget what they were at KC but probably cheap, like everything in that stadium, including the doofs on the field. ZING! Oops I should shut up because they owned us last year. I'm tellin ya though: this $6 per beer (think of it: that'll buy a six pack on the outside) is probably a good incentive to cut down on beers.
