May 25, 200718 yr Gage, that rant was awesome. Completely writing off a team that’s 4.5 back, with out us really being at full force. This team definitely deserves some more time, with the track record of our offense, and our pitching staff being how strong it is, it’s way too soon to call the season over and demand a fire sale. I agree about the idea of getting a bat for the OF. However, I’m not completely ready to sell off Gooch this season—I agree with Mario’s stance on Gooch. He’s not even close to being one of our biggest problems. I’m iffy on Hunter. I agree with Mario—I’ve never been in love with his offense, and I don’t know how much he’ll add to our lineup. I love his approach in the field though. I agree about Crede. Though he’s my favorite player on the team right now, he’ll never be better than a bottom-half player in the lineup. If there’s something worthwhile we can gain for him, I’d be okay in making that move. Haha, god at soccer. The Simpsons and Stubhub plugs or lack there of. Haha, Heads taking the hit.
