June 29, 200718 yr Hey, somehow last night while watching highlights of NBA players my comp got infected with something called "SpyLocked"... from what I read on the internet, its a b**** to remove... and its just a plain b****. Anyone have experience with this? Anyone find a spyware program that gets rid of this pain in the ass without cost? Of course my Spy Sweeper subscription expired a week ago... and I hadn't updated it in awhile.

June 29, 200718 yr Just got rid of mine last week. God that virus is absolutly brutal. Anyway, download CounterSpy(15 day trial). Most anti-spyware programs can't pick up this virus for whatever reason, but CounterSpy is what I kept getting reccomended to use to get rid of the virus and it worked perfectly.
June 29, 200718 yr Author I was actually able to successfully rid myself of this b**** by restoring my system to 2 days ago... SpyBot didn't work... Thank Christ that's over with... that one is a pain.
