bigred3535
Anyone else think it's kind of weird that Cintron got pulled from Game 1 after the 7th inning? I'm not watching but did he get hurt? Because if not it seems like he could have been traded - though I don't know why anyone would want him. Any ideas about this? Frankly if we traded him and got two bags of balls I'd be impressed with KW.
WSoxMatt
No, he sucks as a fielder and has booted alot of easy grounders, and has ZERO arm...Gooch is a BIG TIME upgrade at 2B over Cintron
BearSox
no, not really.
Guest
i don't see why any team in baseball would want Cintron so he most definently isn't getting traded.

I have a hard time picturing cintron diving for the ball and throwing a guy out at first all in one move. But I could be wrong. But probably not. max power
Personally I think iguchi and cintron, when healthy, are equal. I still think cintron's arm is jello from some injury.
daa84
i actually think cintron is a good candidate for a guy who could be traded....if there are any teams that are looking for a guy who can play SS, 2b and 3b and switch hit...not to mention he was a pretty accomlished pinch hitter in the NL before he got here...just in like a geoff blum type deal, a contender who is just looking for depth late in the game...i mean it would obviously be a minor deal probably for a PTBNL, but it wouldnt surprise me at all if a team like the cubs wanted him...they just called up cedeno but hes their only real SS since theriot is really a 2b
