March 7, 200818 yr I noticed an awful lot of Sox players that seem to have injuries and we're only in early March. Quentin (shoulder), Hall (shoulder), Owens (groin), and Richar (back) were all listed in the past week as having (hopefully) minor injuries. If the Sox are going to try to contend at ALL in 2008, they are going to have to stay healthy, and that goes for everyone from our top tier players to the "role" players on the bench. Our minor league system won't be able to absorb too many trips to the DL.
March 7, 200818 yr It's happening to alot of teams. Our are relatively minor issues compared to some. For example, the Mets. What a disaster zone. Yesterday they fielded a team with only two of their regulars... not because they wanted to view young players either... it was because of injuries. Think we have problems? Yesterday they had Angel Pagan batting cleanup.

March 8, 200818 yr Author QUOTE(Alpha Dog @ Mar 7, 2008 -> 11:42 PM) Wasn't that the heavy metal band with dick snyder as the lead singer? Are you talking about Dee Snider? If so, that's Twisted Sister, not testicle.
