March 24, 200818 yr I think they gave competitions a long enough try to convince the regulators that currently it is a one offering industry. One of the key questions will be what their long term plans are concerning the installed hardware. I think regulators should demand some assurance that either sets of receivers will not be made obsolete a week after the merger.
