March 29, 200818 yr Floyd has been saying he's "semi" retired for a while now. He will fight Cotto only if it is worth his while money & prestige wise. He damn sure does not fear Cotto though, he has been a buisness man first for a while, and Cotto just doesn't do anything for him yet.
