WE won! I guess in reality that all that matters, but the troubling thing is that lead off walk again. It also ruined the shutout as the walk came around the score. The Sox pitching should have had 3 shutouts in 4 games.

Of the 5 losses they were only outplayed in two of them.

 

Last night and Friday's sting a little.

 

Nice game all things considered.

I'd rather split the series and be in both games than split and win one 12-4 and lose one 12-4.

Me too. Pitching wise though 3 runs allowed in 4 games is pretty good for the pitching staff. I suppose what we will see now is a few games where the offense sputters along.
