My family is from Chitown though (Moms side; She was born and raised on the Southside, but she isn't a huge baseball fan). I think I became a fan because of all the games I got to see on WGN and for some reason things clicked.

July 7, 200322 yr I've been to Chicago once in my life and I've been a Sox fan for more than 20 years. There's nothing wrong with a little out-of-town support. I'm voting for Thomas as much as possible. Is that stupid? I don't care; I want him in the game, even if all he does is tip his cap and sit on the bench.
