Has got to be one of the worst I've ever seen. It amazes me that we continue to lose games to Detroit and Tampa and yet are still right in the thick of things.

How many times have Affeldt and Hernandez been hurt already? Forget August, they are breaking down now.

You are right. The Royals could go completely in the tank.

But I still don't like our chances in our 11 or 13 remaining games against the Royals, cause we don't get fired up for no name teams like the Royals.

 

p.s. at least the Royals hit the ball hard most nights, actually know how to bunt and have heard of advancing runners for the good of the team, unlike our favorite Sox.
